I have a ECS RC410-M Rev 1.1 motherboard running a Pentium D 945 3.4 ghz processor, it has ran well for over six months, now everytime I connect a USB device that is 2.0 it connects at 2.0 high speed, but after a short time of use it reverts back to 2.0 Full speed which is 12 mhz.
