However you can run the same program you can run in vista compatibility mode in windows7 the following are the steps to run in Vista mode.

1. Right click on the icon for the program
2. Click on properties
3. Now click on compatibility TAB
4. Under compatibility section, put a check mark on “Run this program in compatibility mode for:”
5. In the drop down box select windows vista
6. You can see Input settings section
7. Under Input settings section, put a check mark on “ Turn off advanced text services for this program’
8. Click on “Apply”
