I have a Dell Dimension 8400 with window's XP pro SP3+ installed. 1GB memory. My daughter & her friend used my computer, I usually don't allow this as she has her own laptop, but she needed to do some printing and scanning so I said OK. Well long story short after they were done, my Dell 962 printer all in one stopped printing or scanning or anything. In fact the Dell All-in-one center software was missing from the computer. I tried to do a system restore, that also was shut off, I know it was on before so not sure how that got turned off either or *IF* it would have even fixed this problem, so I started that again.
The problem now is I can not find the Dell 962 printer installation CD to install the All-In-One Center, I DID find on the Dell support page a '34MB driver download' but I also need the all in one center software from the CD, does anyone know a fix for this or where I might find an installation CD to download?
